Long Description

Property Description The property has a security system with 16 infrared cameras with night capabilities so that you are able to view your property from anywhere in the world through WIFI/Internet. Fully electric fence and monitored security doors for the front entrance as well as the beach. The property amenities are as follows: 1. Illuminated waterfall with multicolor LED projection lamps and natural stone background. Complete cleaning system with 3 flow pumps that guarantee perfect water mirror. It also features large planters with palm trees and plants specially chosen for this area to give it a unique feel. 2. Perimeter fence of reinforced concrete with dichroic lighting, with a large slab of concrete that covers the entire area. Guayacán wood gates, planters and clay tiles adorn the entrance. The sidewalks and curbs are all ceramic coated, there is an iron ramp for vehicular access to the property. 3. Huge Potable water cistern approximately 226 cubic meters (3 water tanques), ensuring the provision of water for approximately 15 days if for some reason normal service were suspended. 4.
