Towards the upper part of the property are the best flat spots for building. At these higher parts of the property the views are incredible. You are looking at practically untouched mountains and valleys. To one side are the Podocarpus National Park mountains and to the other side the valley opens up to display endless mountains. There is a rough road to access the upper part of the property. A wonderful part of this property is that there is spring water all year round. Additionally, a stream runs through the property in a gulley to the side. At the bottom of the property there is a pristine river that originates in the Podocarpus National Park mountains. Bordering the property is a small waterfall that you can enjoy as well. On the steeper sections of the property, you could raise cattle or other animals.
