The air is pure because there is no contamination, as is the water, and it is immensely private! A stream comes through the property and upstream from the property you will find a small waterfall. There is also a spring originating on the land. Around the stream at the uppermost part of the property is a forest with big trees. In this area you can even spot wild animals. In fact, we even saw a deer while at this property! Other parts of the land consist of pastureland where you can graze cattle or other animals. To optimize growing things like fruit trees, vegetables, and pasture, you could create a canal system drawing from the stream so your plants can be watered year-round (this area has a rainy season and a dry season). This property would be ideal for an off-grid lifestyle, community, or for simply having your dream home on a large spread of land. There is road access to the bottom part of the property, but you can put in a road to the top where the flatter land and the epic views are.
