The landlord lives in a separate studio apartment located in the back of the property about 50% of the time. Renters need to help manage the property in his absence and take care of the friendly outside cat:) This is an opportunity for a mature couple or digital nomads that want a quiet place right off the beach. The owner works online when in town.
