The exterior of the house boasts beautiful, unique stone walls, a cobble stone driveway and an entry gate. Venturing inside, the kitchen is tastefully designed with granite countertops, wood cabinets, and a pantry. There is a granite island for casual dining. With an open-concept the kitchen area flows into the dining and living room that features high ceilings and large windows allowing plenty of natural light in. Terracota tiles are present throughout the house. From the open concept kitchen living area, you can go outside to a long expansive covered patio where you can enjoy gorgeous views of the Andes mountains and the gardens. Because this property is nestled on a hillside, you get a birds-eye view of the valley below. Going back inside, there are 3 bedrooms in the main part of the house, with one currently being used as an office. The master bedroom has wood flooring and a master bath with a bathtub. The other bedroom has a complete adjoining bathroom as well. Additionally, there is a third full bath for guest use. There is plenty of storage space within this house as there are lofts and other areas for storage. Providing the property with water are 4 water tanks with a 10,000-liter capacity total located at the top of the property. You can access these tanks by a trail with concrete steps.
