More than 50 great, reasonably priced restaurants are within a 250 meter radius, including one directly across the street and 4 just a few doors away. There is a bus stop serving seven lines within 50 meters going east and another bus stop about 100 meters away in the immediate area going west. The apartment is approximately 1025 sq. ft. (95.5 m²) in space and contains a living room/dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and second bedroom/office. The building has a $20/month HOA cleaning fee. The apartment has alarms on doors and windows, security cameras, and a ring video doorbell and is connected to 100Mb fiber internet, and a 40” TV, connected to a Roku streaming device. The apartment has been renovated and is quite comfortable. It is being sold with ALL furniture, bedding, cutlery, appliances, induction stove and induction pots and pans, etc. All you need is to move in. Additionally, the apartment has good rental potential.
