The main room has a television, bathroom, private wardrobe, and direct exit to the balcony. The second bedroom with window has two bunk beds, a total of four beds and closet. The third bedroom also with window and air conditioning has two one-story beds, TV and closet. There is a fourth bedroom and bathroom that can be used for service staff. This apartment has a laundry room and a spare closet. The building has a swimming pool, garage and is located in a strategic location with proximity to shopping center, restaurants, pharmacies, shops and supermarkets.
