Long Description

The home comes furnished with all appliances and furniture with the exception of the beds, dressers, nightstands and artwork. All of the furniture as well as much of the interior woodwork was custom made by a local craftsmen and is of the highest quality. There are amazing views from almost every room in the house. The large picture windows in the living room and master bedroom provide endless views. Looking to the south you can see Monticristi and at night time the city lights of Manta can be clearly seen. The balcony and rooftop terrace are the perfect spots for whale watching during their migration. . Other amenities include ceiling fans and a/c units for both bedrooms and also the main living area/kitchen. There is high speed, fiber optic internet. There is a whole house water purification system with a UV light for added filtration. Hot water is provided throughout the house with an electric hot water heater. There are 2 cisterns. The water pump that provides the water to the house was upgraded to a larger size to provide better pressure. There is a 3000 watt Honda generator to plug into the house during power outages. This will provide sufficient power to run everything except the air conditioners. There are 2 outdoor closets for storage as well as an outdoor shower to use when coming in from the beach. The swimming pool has a small waterfall and the pool is heated as well. . The property is located on a small, quiet dead-end street with higher-end expat homes. It is about a 15 min walk to the center of town where you will find restaurants, shops, pharmacies, hardware stores etc..
