The lights are German Osram LED dichroic lights with dimmers. Maintenance work was carried out a month ago, where the house was repainted, the bricks were protected, and all the metal pipes were painted with an anti-corrosion coating. The wood was sanded and varnished on the exterior and interior of the room, and treated with wood oil. There is a perimeter fence around the house for pets. Drinking water is brought in by tanker (34 for a 2,500-liter tank), but there's also an irrigation system with hoses and a pump from the river for the rest of the water (it's clean, but not drinkable). There are guayacanes, ceibos, bananas, plantains, neem trees, and many other plants planted there. There are 360-degree views of the Dos Mangas mountains, a place of silence, peace, and harmony.
