Well...of course I love this unit...I own it! I bought this unit because I often get clients who would like to rent a small unit in Salinas for less money and most of my units are at least three bedrooms and over $1,200. This wonderful, brand new condo is a one bedroom, one bath in a full amenity building. When you walk in, you immediately see that the kitchen and living room are open. The living room has corner sliding windows that are almost all the way down to the floor. The views from the living room sofa are great whether you are looking out toward the big square pool, or the nice warm jacuzzi! The terrace around the pool is also picturesque with lounging chairs and plants for greenery. If you look the other direction from the living room, you look right down second street. The breezes in this condo are fantastic, although you do have an air conditioner in the bedroom, if needed. There is a flat screen television and DVD player if you want to wind down at the end of the day. The kitchen has a nice breakfast bar with two bar stools. The bar itself is granite...all the way to the floor!! The oven is a convection oven. There is also a full size refrigerator and microwave. The bedroom has a queen size bed, built in closet with drawers, black out shades and brand new bedding from the United States. All blinds throughout are Hunter Douglas. There is even a washer/dryer with shelving above for more storage. This building has a rooftop deck with outstanding sunset and sunrise views! The furniture upstairs is beautiful and comfortable.
